Anchored on a wooded hillside in North Salem, this residence is a collaboration between OLA and Olson Kundig—an exploration of how structure and landscape can move as one. A stone-lined drive and auto court lead to a sequence of outdoor rooms: a dining terrace with a reflective water feature, a cantilevered pool terrace overlooking the valley, and meadows that dissolve the architecture into the surrounding forest. Stone, steel, and wood form a timeless palette—crafted with precision, softened by native planting, and shaped to the slope’s natural rhythm.
