WEST BAY ROAD PARK

An underutilized site located beside and above an overpass is transformed into a linear park, promoting connectivity and implementing social infrastructure for the town of Camana Bay.

The design for the West Bay Road Park is integrally woven into the fabric of Camana Bay, and reimagines wasted space created by an overpass into an elevated linear park. A serpentine path winds its way through distinct landscape experiences, and leads to an overlook with views of Seven Mile Beach framed by natural forms and places to rest.
