CCB PLAZA COMPETITION

Common Good Commons is a competition proposal submitted to the Mayor’s Office in Indianapolis for the re-design of a public plaza that serves the City-Council Building and the citizens of downtown. The design is conceived as a series of interactive green spaces that funnel users toward a public plaza and the main entry of the building from the street.

Key elements of the design include an amphitheater, summer in-ground fountain, a winter ice rink, interactive art pieces, a gallery showcasing Indiana’s artists, a café,  and a great lawn. Lou was the Lead Designer and Project Manager for this project while at Land Collective.
